A sanctuary for Sound 

This is the place to return to after a live Sound immersion, or a way to take Sound with you - wherever you go.

Each offering here was created with the same intention that guides my in-person work: to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a felt sense of presence. These recordings are not meant to be consumed, but lived with. Experience intentionally, listen in a restful setting, and return consistently for gentle, patient support.

Allow yourself to settle, follow what draws you, and trust that the Sound wil meet you where you are. 

The Chakra Garden

The Chakra Garden is a guided meditation through the energetic centers, accompanied by crystal singing bowls.

Moving gently from root to crown, this piece invites a sense of awareness, balance, and inner alignment. Crystal singing bowls are layered with care, allowing tones and overtones to support the exploration of each energetic center.

This recording is especially well-suited for lying down, closing the eyes, and allowing open receptivity. Many listeners return to The Chakra Garden again and again, noticing that each listening reveals something new.

This piece was created as a contemplative experience rather than a performance. Allowing Sound and guided imagery to work together as a field for reflection, awareness, and renewal. Best enjoyed lying down or seated comfortably, with eyes closed, in a quiet space.

Designed for photo editing, writing, design, and other detail-oriented creative work, these short Sound immersions help quiet mental noise while subtly opening perception, so that decisions feel clear, intuitive and unforced.

Rather than demanding attention, the Sound works around the listener, created an internal environment where time moves to the background and creative intelligence naturally emerges.

These tracks move from grounding to clarity to hypnagogic flow, making this album ideal to use sequentially. You may also return to a single track, as needed, during the creative process.
