Sound has always been used to heal and balance many aspects of our lives. Local sound healer Julie Fisher will lead you into relaxation using a collection of instruments including singing bowls, a gong, chimes, a drum, and her voice. Once the sounds begin, so does the relaxing meditation.
As we head towards the holiday season, we wanted to give our participants a chance to reflect on what they are thankful for. Following the meditation, Julie will lead a journaling exercise focused on gratitude. This program will support your physical and mental well-being, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed.
Please bring everything you need to make yourself comfortable on the floor (yoga mat, chair, bean bag, etc), dressing in layers is encouraged and you may want to bring a throw blanket. Journals for reflection will be provided.
